However, looking at the situation of the country where educational attainment is tied to its social system this should not come as a surprise. Having been born and raise in the United States, I am quite shocked to know that this type of educational system exists. I believe that every citizen regardless of the economic status of his parents should have the right to be educated in the same manner as his peers. In order to solve this problem in Germany, I believe that education should be made a public good like roads and bridges. The governing body should allocate enough budget to fund its educational infrastructure and necessities. The government should be fully prudent for the provision of books, teachers, and c omputers to schools especially in the primary level. Another solution which can be proposed is the creation of a scholarship trust fund which will subsidize the allowance of students who cannot afford them. The government could also launched a stratified system where the poorests educational expenses are fully subsidized.
